Founder & CEO

Ben is a specialist in the deployment of high-stakes, capital-intensive technology. Before founding AscendAI, he spent decades at the helm of product development and engineering for global disruptors including Tesla, Vinfast, and Harley-Davidson. Today, he translates that expertise in complex hardware and massive capital expenditure into the AI infrastructure space.

Rich McClellan

Strategy & External Affairs

Rich brings a decade of experience in Vietnam, leading major financial-sector, trade, and FDI reforms across roles at McKinsey and the Tony Blair Institute.

Michael Luong

Director – Power, Grid & Energy Strategy

Michael Luong is a senior energy and sustainability specialist, leading green power procurement, DPPA structuring, and renewable-energy advisory for multinational clients in Vietnam.

Dr. Ananth Chikkatur
